Today's Guest Is Gillian Dionne
After 23 years in the DC metro area working for various federal contractors including The MITRE Corporation, General Dynamics IT, and several 8(a) companies, Gillian Dionne is now a one-woman proposal shop based on the Space Coast of Florida. Eau Gallie by the Sea Proposal Consulting focuses on helping small businesses win federal and state contracts. An APMP member since 2001, Gillian has presented at numerous international and regional APMP conferences and professional days, served as a certification mentor, served on the APMP International Board of Directors, and is currently the Venue/Hotel Coordinator for the Southern Proposal Accent Conference (SPAC). She is certified at the practitioner level (CP APMP).
