Microsoft 365 Copilot - What will AI mean for IT governance?

Both Microsoft and Google have announced the impending addition of AI to their productivity suites. Microsoft 365 Copilot will shake up how workers get work done, but how will it impact how business leaders and IT administrators think about issues of governance, security, and compliance? What data your AI tools can access on your behalf will be at the core of their efficacy.

We will look at what this might mean for data you choose to house outside of Microsoft 365 because of using third-party apps like Zoom, or HubSpot, or Mailchimp, and the data inside Microsoft 365.

What data our users can and cannot access will be key to the results they can get with AI, but AI is not discerning on following the norms of our businesses and simply cares whether or not it has access to a resource. What does this mean for governance, for every business from the very small to the enterprise?

If you are a CEO or CFO thinking about the cost of AI, this is the workshop for you.
