Jeff is the Senior Director of Proposal Management for Peraton, a provider of advanced cyber solutions to both Federal and State Governments. In his role he leads a team of 30 proposal managers and coordinators and approximately 10 contractors. He is the resource manager for all proposal managers, coordinators and orals coaches. His team manages bids ranging from tens of millions to billions. Prior to this position he was the Vice President of Proposals for WBB (Whitney, Bradley and Brown) which was acquired by Serco in 2021. Jeff is APMP Practitioner certified and has approximately 15 years of proposal experience. He lives in northern Virginia and is associated with the National Capital Area chapter where he has been active in the mentor-protégé program. Prior to that, Jeff was career Air Force having served for 26 years and attaining the rank of Colonel. His hobbies include the beach, his 4 dogs, reading and word games

02.49: Baskar Sundaram – Let’s go back to the very beginning, Jeff. Where were you born and let’s talk about your high school and education.
04.42: Baskar Sundaram – So, you had a dream of joining Air Force. You liked planes and you spent 26 years. You know, not many people actually had the privilege of flying planes and doing Air Force. How was t, Jeff, when you had the dream and when you actually joined the Air Force?
