With over a decade of proposal management experience, Tracey Silver, CF APMP has a firm grasp on every area within the pitch process including, but not limited to, evaluating an opportunity, developing a winning strategy, writing compelling content, developing appropriate graphics, and presentation coaching. As the Associate Director of Marketing – Pitch & Proposals for Cooley, a global law firm with over 1,500 lawyers, Tracey is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the firm’s centralized Pitch & Proposals team.  

Tracey has been involved with APMP since 2015 and has held an APMP Colorado board position since 2019. At the 2022 Dallas BPC, the Colorado chapter was recognized as “Chapter of the Year. “Tracey was also named as one of the APMP 40 Under 40 in 2018 and that same year her team was recognized as “Proposal or Bid Team of the Year.”
