She currently serves as a Proposal Manager for Burns & McDonnell, a civil engineering and architecture firm based in Kansas City, Missouri. Kati also serves on the board for the Greater Midwest Chapter of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals where she produces a monthly podcast (Shortlisted) and fosters member engagement.
